The Company owns and operates the website https://paydirectgo.com/ (the "Platform") under the brand name PayDirect.

Where required under applicable laws or regulatory guidelines, the Company may also collect Aadhaar details on a voluntary basis, solely for account opening, verification, and transaction authentication, in accordance with applicable laws and the KYC–AML Policy.

The Company may also collect financial information such as linked bank account details, IFSC codes, payment instructions, and transaction-related information to provide the Services.

In addition, non-personal information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, geographic location, pages visited, and navigation patterns may be collected through cookies and similar technologies to improve Platform functionality and user experience.

When You initiate or receive payments through the Platform, transactional information relating to the transaction amount, currency, payer and beneficiary details, and bank references may be collected and monitored to ensure compliance and detect suspicious activity.

If You communicate with the Company through emails, chat, feedback forms, or other communication channels, such communications may be retained for customer support, dispute resolution, compliance, and service improvement purposes.

The Company may send promotional communications, and You may opt out of such communications at any time. Service-related and transactional communications will continue as required.
